Academy Northwest is Going to Washington, D.C.!​  We’re excited to announce a five-day field study trip (Credit is available) to Washington, D.C. in April 2027 through American Christian Tours.

Trip Highlights:

​

• Explore the history and landmarks of our nation’s capital.

• Possible sights include:

• Smithsonian Museums

• The U.S. Capitol Building

• The White House

• Various memorials throughout the city, and more!

Who Can Go:

​

• Designed for middle and high school students.

• Adults are welcome to join.

• Expect long days and lots of walking.

• If younger students attend, a parent should accompany them.

• High school students can earn 0.25 academic credit for the trip and related assignments.

Trip Cost Includes:

​

• Round-trip flight

• Hotel accommodations (2 or 4 people per room)

• Transportation during the week

• Most meals

• Entrance fees to all scheduled sights
